Fee Structure

The fee for a standard 50-minute counselling appointment is:

• $200 for online appointments
• $220 for in-person appointments.

Cancelling and rescheduling appointments

Clients who cancel or reschedule an appointment within 24 hours of the set appointment will be charged half the fee.

Clients who do not present for the scheduled appointment will be charged the full fee.

Medicare rebate

Medicare provides rebates for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. This requires a referral and a mental health care plan to be provided by your GP.

Bulk Billing

Bulk billing is available for concession card holders.

Private health insurance

If you belong to a private health fund, you may be able to claim a rebate for psychological services. The exact amount of the rebate will depend on your level of cover. Please check with your company for specific details.
